Her nomination reads: Rachel has a heart of gold and is a true gem. She is our HR Director and is one of the hardest working women I know. She arrives early and stays late. She goes the extra mile in everything she does for the office and for our staff. She coordinates office fun days, staff awards, employee picnic, holiday party, etc. She is always ready to help and assist. She is extremely creative and always comes up with fun things to do. She doesn’t have an easy job, but rarely complains. We are truly grateful to have her at Journeys in Community Living!
