This month’s Teacher of the Month, (nominated by Lynn Adams) is MTSU history professor Dr. Benjamin Sawyer.

Says Lynn, “He not only is a great professor but constantly is willing to help in any way. He gave a presentation at Alumni Summer College 2019 which left a room of alumni at awe and he could hardly leave the room to get to class. Dr. Sawyer always goes above and beyond! His teaching methods will make you remember “Why you never throw banana peels on the ground!” Sounds a little comedic right!”
