His nomination reads: “Quantavius Rankins, better known as Q, has a heart of gold. He is always animated and smiling. No matter what happens in life, Q always seems to look on the bright side. He is an amazing friend, works hard at his job and is an AMAZING dancer/coreographer. I love seeing him smile and share his joy with others. Some people would shrivel at life’s hard moments, but it has seemed to make Q stronger. I am fortunate to know him and see him work, as well as call him friend. I wish everyone could be a little more like Q every day.”
