J. Harmon Home Team would like to congratulate Marian Fleener on being awarded our December 2024 Teacher of the Month award. Mrs. Fleener teaches at Rocky Form Middle School.
Her nomination reads: “Mrs. Marian Fleener has served in several roles in Rutherford County Schools. She has served as a bookkeeper at Rock Springs Middle and currently serves as a teacher at Rocky Fork Middle School. She is passionate about student learning and building relationships, she enjoys how her students grow as teenagers, and her goals are all student-centered. She is also an incredible faculty member. She supports the teachers at Rocky Fork Middle with dedication and servant leadership. She not only supports teachers at Rocky Fork, but all over the district. I love the way she doesn’t want attention, doesn’t want credit, and never a personal agenda! She truly loves others, and her actions speak much louder than her words. We love Mrs. Fleener, and her work hasn’t gone unnoticed! She is an incredible educator who loves to serve students across the district..”
