Moving

Well, we’ve moved to Exit Realty. What prompts a move by a Real Estate Agent? Great question. I would never do it lightly. In this case, I have been considering it for well over 2 years. KW is a great company and I will miss certain things about it but ultimately, it comes down to fit at the stage in your career. Different office/companies are great for different things and you have to recognize where you are, what is important and what you need in order to be a better agent for your clients.

In my case, I needed an office that is more connected to the community. I needed an office that serves people the way I do. That focuses on the people and their stories, not just on the transaction. An office full of agents that get out of the building and do life and business IN the community, not just for it. I also needed a company that would help me grow my team and offer a real resource and guidance for how to help them excel. Exit Realty, Bob Lamb and Associates is all that and so much more.

At Exit we were immediately embraced. We have people that are excited to have us. I have the opportunity to teach and be rewarded for pouring into our agents. I also have people that have done the things I want to do that are willing to mentor me. We have an office with people plugged into the MTSU community, the business community and the local building community. We have people that spend their treasure (time and money) building our county and building people up in it. It is truly a great fit for ME and for my team.

How does this help my clients? Simple, Agents that aren’t growing are dying. I was dying in my previous office because I was not growing. Now I am looking at so many ways I can grow into the agent I want to be. It will be a process. I am excited about it. This is great for my clients because I have renewed vigor and desire to do more, do better and learn.

I am pumped. If you want to know more, let’s grab a coffee. I’d love to share.
My goal is to meet and get to know people. I invite you to schedule a time with me.
