Taylore: Hey, guys, it’s Taylore with the J Harmon Home Team. I wanted to share with you one of my favorite cookie recipes. If you haven’t had it, you’ve probably at least heard of it. It’s called the monster cookie, which is perfect for Halloween. Right? You can tell everybody, “I’m bringing monster cookies.” Anyway, so here’s the finished product. They get lots of M&M’S, peanut butter, oatmeal, all the goodies. I wanted to show you just the quick ingredients that you probably already actually have in your cabinet. I didn’t have to buy anything. If you do any kind of baking or cooking at all, you probably already have these ingredients in your cabinet. The dry ingredients that you’re going to need is going to be flour. You’re also going to need baking soda, salt, and old-fashioned quick cooking oats. And then for our wet ingredients, which you’re going to mix separately, you’re going to need regular white granulated sugar. You’re going to need brown sugar, eggs, creamy peanut butter, softened butter, vanilla. And then at the very end, you’re going to mix in your M&M’S. In one bowl, you’re going to mix all of your dry ingredients together. And then in your stand mixer, I like to put the softened butter, the peanut butter, your eggs, and all your sugars and vanilla together. Mix those together. Then you’re going to add in your dry ingredients. And then at the very end, don’t over mix, you’re going to then fold in your M&M’S so they don’t get all crushed up. Unless you like crushed M&M’S, I don’t know. But I just like to fold mine in at the end. Then you’re going to take about two tablespoon dollops, put them on a parchment paper, cookie sheet, and you’re going to cook those for about 10 to 12 minutes so that they are brown on the outside, but they’re still really gooey and soft on the inside. That’s what makes them so delicious. Anyway, we’ll include all of the detailed ingredients on this for you, but I hope you get to try them and let me know how you like them. Bye.
