Ms. McKinny’s nomination reads: I am nominating Ms. Mckinny because she is an amazing teacher. Throughout the school year her class is the one I have looked forward to most and wanted to learn the most in. She used an amalgamation of teaching styles to make sure everyone is learning and so her students will get the most information possible out of the lesson. She is always ready to teach and has an amazing attitude even when some of her students aren’t paying attention. She is also a cheer coach at Rockvale. She does an amazing job balancing her two roles. I felt very prepared for the state test. I am grateful for her teaching skills and the way she has taken me under her wing. She has become a mentor for me.
