This month we recognized Raquel Gaskins as our everyday hero. Judging by her nomination, she is exactly what we are looking for as a true everyday hero. She is someone that pours herself into the community.

“As a member of Saint Rose of Lima Catholic Church she is the Giving Tree Coordinator and has been instrumental in getting the Hispanic community at St. Rose more involved. She, along with her husband, and a handful of volunteers serve as the archery coaches for OMS and OHS. She is extremely intelligent, always makes sure things get done right, takes care of those in need, stands up for those less fortunate, expects a great deal, and loves BIG.”
