This new fundraising event from the Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Center is an enjoyable, swift and unique luncheon centered around raising funds to assist the agency in providing the healing and protective services needed in our community. As the center embarks on its 39th anniversary year, we will hold this debut event to cultivate relationships, both new and old, and to fill those tills with life-changing dollars in the life of a survivor.

Rutherford Races to Read – Oaklands Mansion (900 N Maney Ave, 37130)
A family-friendly derby-style event full of fun and excitement as sponsors race inflatable horses with literary-inspired names. Cheer on your favorite horse, show off your best derby hats and shoes, and enjoy a day of community fun—all while supporting literacy and our local libraries. Proceeds benefit the Rutherford County Library Foundation, helping provide grants to enhance services at six library branches and a bookmobile.

Paws & Pearls – Copper Ridge Event Venue (3597 Betty Ford Rd, 37130)
The 14th Annual event is celebrating Beesley’s 45 years of service to our community. The evening will begin with Whine Time- featuring special appetizers and drinks with a delicious dinner follows. There will be a LIVE auction, hosted by the dynamic duo Keith Strain and Vandy Vanmeter, is a highlight of the evening.
