The Child Advocacy Center is hosting the 7th Annual Light Up the Night Party on Friday, September 12, 2025 at Oakland’s Mansion, Murfreesboro. The party of the season will include entertainment, casino games with “fun money” to play, dancing, heavy hors d’oeuvres, open bar, and an amazing silent auction. Guests are encouraged to wear white to ” Light Up the Night”

Wings of Freedom Fish Fry – Azure Corporate Flight Management Hangar – Smyrna Airport
The Wings of Freedom Fish Fry is an annual Smyrna Rotary Club fundraiser held at the Smyrna Airport, featuring a fish fry, a classic car cruise-in, live music, auctions, and more. The event raises money for local non-profits and community projects, with a focus on honoring local heroes and veterans, with this year’s focus honoring the Tuskegee Airmen of WWII.

Come celebrate MTSU Homecoming with LIVE music from Stones River Revival, local craft brews, food truck and great company! Get ready for the big game with your friends.
Saturday, September 20th, enjoy the MTSU Parade at 11 am and join the masses at Floyd Stadium to see your Blue Raiders take on Marshall at 6 pm

Downtown on the Farm – Oaklands Mansion (900 N Maney Ave, 37130)
Downtown on the Farm is a farm-to-table fundraising dinner served family style featuring items sourced from local farms that will be transformed into a culinary adventure by local chefs. Attendees will dine outdoors on the front lawn at Oaklands Mansion. The meal will be prepared by some of Murfreesboro’s finest culinary minds and is sure to be delicious! Funds raised provide scholarships for Rutherford County students pursuing entrepreneurship at MTSU.

Wednesday, September 24th – Autumn with the Alley – A night with unique tastings from various spirit brands and some great wines and food from the Alley on Main! Top the night off with a fabulous silent auction and sample some unique cigars (in a separate smoking area).

Saturday, October 18th – Boro Clue Party – Play a live game of CLUE and solve the murder mystery. All proceeds benefit the Kiwanis Club of Murfreesboro, who support local children’s charities.
