Celebrate Lightning’s Birthday – MTSU Murphy Center
Prior to the Blue Raider men’s basketball game against Missouri State on Saturday, Jan. 17, all Blue Raider Kids Club members and their families are invited to celebrate Lightning’s birthday at Murphy Center – Family Fun Zone (behind section B). The marketing team will provide arts and crafts stations, inflatables, a photo booth and a sweet treat for all children in attendance.

Poker Night for Charity – Middle Ground Brewery
Guests are invited to take part in a Texas Hold’em–style poker tournament that combines friendly competition with a great cause. With a $25 buy-in, players enjoy an organized tournament atmosphere, food and drinks, and a chance to win prizes. All proceeds benefit the MTSU Student Food Pantry, directly supporting students in the local community.

Comedy for a Cause benefiting Murfreesboro Kiwanis – Walnut House Murfreesboro
This event is a night of FUNdraising and laughter, a live stand-up comedy showcase. Headlining the evening is Judson Laipply, creator of the iconic Evolution of Dance viral video, with credits including The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Oprah Winfrey Show, and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Joining him on stage is acclaimed comedian Tara Brown, featured on Stand Up Nashville and Dry Bar Comedy, with two performances at The Walnut House.
